Account-Based Marketing at Conversica

I created the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) skill at Conversica from the ground up. Having no prior knowledge about ABM, I researched the field and then created three highly-customizable AI-powered conversations as well as the “skill” or category of conversation they fall under. These conversations are unlike anything else Conversica offers as they provide a higher level of skill and a more detailed approach to product marketing.

  • The ABM skill is a packaged set of three highly customizable, AI-powered conversations that reach out to leads using an account-based marketing approach.

  • The ABM skill contains three AI-powered conversations: ICP Outreach, Target Customer Outreach, and Customer Solution Outreach. Each conversation is highly customizable, more so than other conversations available through Conversica.

  • Although new skills at Conversica typically offer only the most basic form of each conversation, I expedited the process to ensure all of my conversations were quickly available in multiple versions, giving customers the opportunity to use links, change the objective of the conversation, and more.

Marketing Revenue Digital Assistant

I managed the Marketing Revenue Digital Assistant (RDA) at Conversica until the Product department put me in charge of the Education industry vertical instead. I was responsible for maintaining and improving the Marketing segment of Conversica’s conversational AI-powered platform.

  • I conducted meetings with customers to gather information on product performance and possible improvements. In these meetings, I also provided insights on how the customers could optimize their account performance. For those insights, I investigated their performance relative to their peers by pulling internal reports and comparing their account usage to best practices.

  • I built and executed quarterly and yearly roadmaps for new features and feature improvements for the Marketing Revenue Digital Assistant. To prioritize and organize the roadmap projects, I conducted user research and surveyed colleagues who frequently worked with customers.

  • I wrote and maintained documentation for the Marketing RDA and presented quarterly findings and new features to executives, colleagues, and customers. I became the go-to person on my team for documentation.

I have been working on AI-powered, SaaS tech products for 6 years. My passion for excellence means I’m all-in on anything I create. I have strong attention to detail, but I also keep the big picture in mind. I won an award for innovation at my previous company.

I also have a passion for accessibility and I recently obtained my CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) certification from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. I believe that we have an opportunity and a responsibility to work toward a more equitable world with the products we create. A strong product management process takes accessibility into account every step of the way and results in products that work for everyone.
